Art Class for Adult

Basic / Contemporary Drawing

Drawing is the essential skill for creative works. In this class, students will learn basic drawing skills (line, tone, colour, perspective) by using various materials.
Examples of art works from historical and contemporary context will be introduced to students to understand the subject.

Students who already accuired the principles of basic drawing will be taught advanced techniques to enhance their creativity.
In this class, students will be introduced to the knowledge of contemporary drawings and be encouraged to work more freely and experimentally.

Art Class for Teenager

Teenage Workshop

Students will learn how to create 2 dimensional works by using different techniques and materials.
The lesson includes still-life, landscape, portrait and architecture and abstract motifs to develop their creative skills.
Students will be introduced to basic knowledge of art history and contemporary art.
Suitable for students age 12 and over.

Thursday 16:00-18:00

Comic and Illustration

This special class focuses on how to make comic and illustration.
Students will learn free-hand drawing skills and basic story compositions from single page to several page comics.
Students are encouraged to challenge longer stories and expand boundaries of their possibilities.

Students can explore different styles such as American/European comics, Japanese Manga style, caricature, realistic, children's book style, etc.

Suitable for students age 12 and over.
